Erro
In Hosted Feature Layers, Date field date selector displays a suggestion text of 'MM/DD/YYYY', regardless of the field's configured format, even though 'MM/DD/YYYY' is no longer a format that can be configured on Date fields.

Field formatting has been updated to accurately honor user locale through the use of the CLDR definition. The short-date style standard for English-US (EN-US) is to display the year as two digits, so this format is now the expected behaviour. The date picker will show the year as four digits to ensure the correct year is added during data entry. CLDR - https://cldr.unicode.org/Solução Provisória
If possible use a different date format style from the Fields panel in Map Viewer that displays years as four digits or leverage Arcade for additional format styles.
