Solução Provisória

Completely log out of Business Analyst Online.
Log back in.
Reselect the desired trade area and load up any study area.
Go to the Get Reports tab > Create Comparison Reports > Customize > and in the search box on the right, type in "Shoes".
When the query is returned, select one of them to add it to the right window, and go back through steps 3-4 but do not enter anything into the search box nor the categories.
