In ArcMap 10, when using the older method of editing features, the Sketch tool is greyed out when a Z-enabled point and an annotation layer are in the Table Of Contents.

Solução Provisória

The issue is not reproducible when using the template style of editing in ArcMap. Ensure that in the "AdvancedArcMapSettings.exe" utility, the "Create features using templates" option (on the "Editor" tab) is selected.
