In ArcGIS Web AppBuilder, the Smart Editor widget fails to display the feature templates as in Map Viewer.

The changes to the symbology and feature templates in the web map must be saved to the feature service to display properly in the Smart Editor template picker. This is done by updating and saving the symbology from the Visualization tab of the layer's item details page. For more information, refer to: https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-web-appbuilder-questions/does-symbology-derived-from-an-arcade-expression/m-p/235950/highlight/true#M6369. Another method is through managing the editing templates in the web map. For more information, refer to: https://doc.arcgis.com/en/arcgis-online/manage-data/manage-feature-templates.htm.
