Erro
In ArcGIS Web AppBuilder, the Info Summary widget fails to update when a layer is turned on in the Layer List widget or when it is 'activated' by zooming in to its visible scale.

Solução Provisória
- Open the same app (refresh in browser).
- Make all layers visible by zooming in.
- Check all the checkboxes in the layer list.
- Open the Info Summary widget.
