Erro
In ArcGIS Survey123 Connect version 3.14, when calculating from a feature layer for the relevant table, information is written to the first record, but not to another record after the first record.

Solução Provisória
Add '?version=3.13' to the end of the survey's URL and force ArcGIS Survey123 to use version 3.13.
