This is a duplicate of BUG-000150036.Solução Provisória
In the survey, remove the calculation in the relevant column. If the questions must show up for a certain selection, add the calculation in the bind::esri::visible column so that the question only appears once the proper choice is made in the relevant question. Refer to the attached SOIL_resultsVisible.xls for the corrected version of the survey.
