In ArcGIS Pro, the cloned Python environments are unable to be deleted if there are two cloned Python environments with the same name in different locations, and if one of the two is active.

Solução Provisória

1. Navigate to ‘Settings’ in ArcGIS Pro, and click Python > Manage Environments.
2. Activate the default Python environment or activate any other python environment with a different name (not the one which shares the environment name with other Python environments).
3. Click Remove.
