In ArcGIS Pro we think the best way to deal with Getting CAD text as GIS Annotation feature class is to make a POINT feature class which contains the REFNAME field. This field has the CAD Text value which you can label using our standard Labeling methods. Now is a label on a point and can be used like any other GIS feature. If you want the CAD annotatation for display purposes you can use add the CAD annotation to your map.Solução Provisória
