In ArcGIS Pro 3.3, when using the flood simulation in the Configure Simulation pane, it does not import data consistently.

Import works inconsistently; on the first try, two files were exported and would not re-import. On a second try in a new project, two existing files would not import, but two new exports created in this session were importing. After further tries, all files started to import, except for the customer's. Changing the file name, length, or the type of characters used made no difference.
