In ArcGIS Pro 3.0, charts have been optimized to use server-side processing when the data comes from an enterprise database or cloud data warehouse. When you create a bar chart, line chart, scatter plot, or histogram using a data source from one of the supported databases, the chart automatically processes the data using a database query. Unfortunately, these performance improvements come at the cost of reduced chart interactivity and functionality; in particular, Selection and Filter By Selection functionality are not available. InArcGIS Pro 3.2, the following changes are made to improve the user experience: 1) Server-side processing is now disabled by default; thus, Selection functionality works by default when data comes from an enterprise database or cloud data warehouse. 2) A banner message with a "Use server-side processing" toggle was added to the Chart Properties pane that allows the user to turn server-side processing on or off through the user interface. Solução Provisória

In ArcGIS Pro 3.0 and 3.1, a registry key can be set to disable server-side processing for charts. This circumvents the limitations imposed when server-side processing is enabled.
