In ArcGIS Online, the Get Directions link is not available to use in a feature pop-up window for existing features in the Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS app.

Solução Provisória

1. Add the Directions widget in the Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS app.
2. Use the Get Directions option (Directions from here and to) by clicking the More Options (…) button next to the Zoom To button.
