The issue is non-reproducible.Solução Provisória
Use ArcGIS Online Map Viewer Classic.
- Create a feature layer from ArcGIS Online.
- Symbolize using color ramps (Notice it looks correct in ArcGIS Online Map Viewer Classic). Refer to the attachment 'Test legend User'.
- Select Print > Map with Legend.
- A new tab is opened with the correct legend (the color ramp is not reversed in the legend).
