Erro
In ArcGIS Online, adding a new field to a hosted feature layer through Field Maps Designer does not reflect that new field in subsequent feature layer views.

Hosted feature layer views are used for sharing data as well as editing data, and automatically adding new fields to view layers poses a data security risk. New fields can be added to existing view layers through the Update view workflow from the Setting tab.Solução Provisória
Create the view layer after adding the new field through Field Maps Designer, so the field opens in the feature layer views.
