In ArcGIS Hub, users receive an error, "The underlying service failed to respond or responded with an error." when attempting to chart attributes from a CSV file when accessing the dataset overview page via an HTTPS connection.

Solução Provisória

Load the dataset overview page over HTTP instead of HTTPS.ORPublish the CSV file as a hosted table and share the hosted table with the Open Data group instead.
