In ArcGIS Experience Builder, the filter applied on a scene layer hosted on services.arcgis.com does not work. If the scene layer is hosted on tiles.arcgis.com, it works.

Solução Provisória

1. Share the 3D layer as a web layer on ArcGIS Online.
2. In the share panel, disable the feature option.
3. Enable cache locally.
4. In ArcGIS Online Content, the user have 2 items: Scene Layer (hosted) and Scene Layer Package.
5. In the Scene Layer item description, the URL indicates: tiles.arcgis.com.
6. Add the Scene Layer to a Locale 3D Scene Viewer, click on the layer properties and filter the data. The layer is filtered.
7. Save the Web Scene.
8. Open ArcGIS Experience Builder and add the Scene: the Scene Layer is also correctly filtered.
