- If the images are manually added to the attribute table in the ArcGIS Enterprise portal rather than in ArcGIS Field Maps, then the images honor the expected display order.
- Upgrade to ArcGIS Enterprise 11.3 as this issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Enterprise 11.3.
