Image services with enabled local projections do not retain the spatial reference when downloading from the ArcGIS Hub dataset in the format of PNG, JPEG, and TIFF.

The TIFF file format was removed last year, while PNG and JPG file formats do not have any geospatial reference data to fix. Thus, this ticket is not fixable anymore. If there is a request to get the TIFF format back, enter a new support ticket.
