Erro
If there are too many single quotes in a CSV file, ArcGIS Online ignores the double quotes as text delimiters when publishing the CSV file.

- Click Add > Add layer from file and add the CSV file.
- Click the drop-down menu for the layer > Save Layer.
- Click the drop-down menu > Item details.
- On the item details page.
