Erro
If ArcGIS Server is configured only with TLSv1.2 SSL Protocol, DRS Configuration utility is not able to connect to server.

This issue is not reproducible in the latest version. This issue was addressed in Data Reviewer for Server version 10.6.1. Please refer to the ArcGIS 10.6.1 Issues Addressed List in the following link: https://support.esri.com/en/download/7628Solução Provisória
- Change the SSL Protocols security configuration to include TLSv1.
- Change the Protocol to HTTP and HTTPS, and use the HTTPS URL to connect to the administrator account in DRS Configuration utility.
