Features that contain the more-than symbol (>) or the less-than symbol (<) are placed automatically in the ‘Other’ class when using ArcGIS Online Map Viewer.

This issue is no longer reproducible in the current version of ArcGIS Online. If the issue persists, contact Esri Support Services.Solução Provisória
Open the web map in ArcGIS Pro and publish the web map from there. In this web map, the features are not placed in the ‘Other’ class. However, if any changes are made to the symbology in Map Viewer afterwards, the issue reoccurs.
