Expanding the ArcCatalog Set Data Sources dialog box when connecting by Remote Desktop Connection does not increase the size of the data sources table.

Version 9.3.1 has been retired.Solução Provisória
1. Expand the dialog box twice. First, expand it diagonally, from the lower right corner, and for only a short diagonal distance. Then, expanding the dialog further diagonally, will now expand the Data Sources box. 2.
