Existing features on a map's offline area in the ArcGIS Field Maps app can be deleted if the feature is edited even when the Delete option is disabled in the layers settings.

Solução Provisória

Uncheck 'Update' in the feature layers settings. This will prevent editing of existing features and they will not be able to be deleted either. New features can still be edited and deleted.
