Service area polygons are generated from traversed street features; they do not look at other land features to exclude them, such as islands. The high-precision service areas can provide a better polygon shape, but there is no guarantee they will not cover some unreachable locations, like an island polygon. Use the OD cost matrix to achieve the same results as a point in polygon operation with service area polygons and customer locations.

Solução Provisória

Use the OD cost matrix solver to find customers within a 2- or 4-hour cutoff from a warehouse instead of using a point in polygon approach with the service area solver.
