Drive time polygons or rings created in ArcGIS Online do not support creating reports in Business Analyst Web App. An error message would return "An error occurred while creating a report. Please try again later"

The above workflow was introduced for viewing both the drive time polygon and ring in the Business Analyst project, but the correct workflow should be:

1. In the Business Analyst project, search for the location and create a ring.
2. Search for the same location again and use the drive time option.
