Erro
Deleting the Fieldworker view from an ArcGIS Survey123 survey that is created in Survey123 Web Designer disrupts the setting, “Who can submit to this survey?”.

The issue is no longer reproducible after the ArcGIS Survey123 3.11 December update.Solução Provisória
This can be resolved by recreating the view and then using the Add Relationship function in ArcGIS Rest API with the following parameters in the body:
- f: json
- token: token
- relationshipType: Survey2Service
- originItemId: Survey123 Form Item Id
- destinationItemId: Item Id for the new fieldworker view
