Default self-signed certificates cause a custom World Geocode error message "Error while analyzing file" when adding a new item (CSV containing addresses) in ArcGIS Enterprise.

Solução Provisória

1. Import certificates that include Subject Alternative Names (SAN) for the DNS aliases of both the hosted ArcGIS Server and the geocode server, ensuring the certificates are issued by a trusted authority.
2. Configure the certificate as the Web server SSL Certificate in the properties of the ArcGIS Server Administrator Directory for both the hosted ArcGIS Server and the geocode server.
