The correct validation source, "=types!$A$141:$A$149", comes from the default Types sheet that is generated in Microsoft Excel by Survey123 for ArcGIS. To correct the issue, open the data validation window for the bind::esri:fieldType cell and change the source to '=types!$A$141:$A$149'. Check 'Apply these changes to all other cells with the same settings.'
