Custom infographics that are shared with a group/organization are not visible for the same group members in a web application that has a Business Analyst widget . Custom reports shared in a similar way are visible.

Solução Provisória

1. Each user of the group/organization open the Business Analyst widget and then go into a project.
2. Build Reports > Build Infographics > Shared Template. When the infographic that was shared (with the group or the organization) is displayed, click Save As. 
3. Go to the same application and the inforgraphic saved in the step above shows up in My Infographics.
