Currently borrowed ArcGIS Pro extensions do not allow other login accounts to use the extensions when disconnected from the license manager.

Solução Provisória

When disconnected from the license manager:

1. Export the [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ESRI\ArcGISPro\Licensing\Extensions] registry keys from the initial user.
2. Import the registry keys into the new user.

When connected to the license manager:

1. Return the borrowed licenses.
2. Check for the extensions that are needed.
