Creating a geometric network adds a vertex at non-planar endpoint junctions if z values are enabled.

Solução Provisória

Before creating the network, use Integrate or another method to add a vertex so that the endpoint is snapped to a vertex rather than just the edge. After the network has been created, delete the extra vertex.
