Clipping certain Watershed Boundary Dataset layers from Living Atlas using the Clip and Pairwise Clip tools in ArcGIS Pro 3.4.x and 3.5.x returns the error message "ERROR 004003: Gateway Timeout".

Instead of clipping the entire Watershed Boundary Dataset layer affected by this bug, run the Select By Location tool to select features within the Watershed Boundary Dataset layer that intersect the polygon feature(s) used for clipping, then clip the Watershed Boundary Dataset layer with the selection applied. The issue does not reproduce with this workflow.
