Increase the number of breaks. For example, instead of 15, 30 and 45, create 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and 45 minute drive times.See also NIM073989.This issue is resolved once Business Analyst Online uses Network Analyst as the drive time solver in Version 10.1.
