Solução Provisória

1. Add the 'Service cap' to the old 'joined_pipe', and create a new 'joined_pipe' which snaps to this 'service cap'.2. Create and snap the new 'joined_pipe' to the old 'joined_pipe' features, and add a 'Service cap'.3. Use the Connect tool from the Geometric Network Editing toolbar to connect the 'Service Cap' to the 'joined_pipe'.
