ArcGIS Web AppBuilder raised the security-check level for adding a custom widget by checking the itemid in the widget config.json to ensure it is the Portal for ArcGIS item, so the config with no itemid (created by Portal for ArcGIS of previous versions) cannot pass the security check. Add an itemid property to the config.json of the custom widget using ArcGIS Online Assistant.Solução Provisória
