This is by design. image service clients may choose not to following the spec when retrieving and rendering the tiles, and in this case, it is the web map viewer not following what the service advertises. The image service has a default minimum and maximum scale property. "minScale" : 420263243.46133327, "maxScale" : 420263243.46133327, this often means the tiled service only has tiles at one level, it usually have a bad display if zooming in & out beyond this range. This two properties mean: minScale is the minimum scale (most zoomed out) at which the service layer is visible in the map view. If the map is zoomed out beyond this scale, the service layer will not be visible. A value of 0 means the layer does not have a minimum scale. The minScale value must always be larger than the maxScale value. maxScale is the maximum scale (most zoomed in) at which the service layer is visible in the current map view. If the map is zoomed in beyond this scale, the service layer will not be visible. A value of 0 means the layer does not have a maximum scale. The maxScale value must always be smaller than the minScale value. To turn off the layer's scale range in pro, uncheck the first button from the left in the Image Service Layer ribbon.Etapas para Reproduzir
