ArcGIS Pro 2.x fails to see ArcGIS License Manager 10.6 Concurrent Use licenses if Named User licenses are configured and MAC Address is set in the service.txt file.

This is by design. MyEsri will always include a MAC Address when generating a Named User Pro for Portal licenses (.lic file). This is a bound license certificate file. The signature for each feature in a certificate license file is encrypted to that binding value. Any change to the binding value will cause the signature verification to break.Solução Provisória
Replace the MAC address with the word 'ANY' (remove the quotes) in C:\Program Files (x86)\ArcGIS\License10.6\bin\service.txt and restart the License Manager service.Etapas para Reproduzir
