Erro
ArcGIS Pro 2.4.1 and ArcMap 10.7.1 crash when running the Align Features tool on a specific dataset.

The issue was indeed introduced in ArcMap 10.7.1 and Pro 2.4 when we made some enhancement to the Align Features tool. We have already fixed the crash problem in our current development in ArcMap and Pro. So I cannot reproduce the crash anymore with the provided test data. Sorry about the inconvenience.
