For Breaks with half-open time windows, there is a documented bug and is fixed in ArcGIS Pro 2.6. The software behavior of not supporting half-open time windows for breaks is right and consistent with the design. The documented fix is seen in Pro 2.6 For the travel modes issue, in ArcGIS Pro 2.6, a brand new User Interface for solving VRP with a new VRP ribbon is to be released. Solving VRP with geoprocessing tool won't be necessary, and will be deprecated soon.Etapas para Reproduzir
