ArcGIS API for Python fails to add layers to a map object in Jupyter notebooks when there are domains listed in Allow Origins in Portal.

Secure Jupyter notebooks so that the URL can be added to the list of domains in Allow Origins in Portal.

Note: While this works, it results in notebooks in ArcGIS Pro fails to open.
