Erro

Applying the Portal for ArcGIS 10.9.1 Log4j patch and QuickCapture security patch empties and deletes the contents of the Workflow folder configured to enable the ArcGIS Workflow Manager (Classic) JavaScript Viewer to use Portal for ArcGIS authentication.

This defect has been logged for a deprecated Esri Product and a version in mature support. If users continue to encounter this error in a supported release of ArcGIS Workflow Manager, please contact Technical Support.

Solução Provisória

  • Copy the contents of the Workflow folder and paste it manually after applying the patches.
  • Install all the patches one by one.
