Erro
An upgrade from Portal for ArcGIS 10.3 to 10.3.1 causes broken thumbnails in the Basemap Gallery and Bookmarks widgets in the main Web AppBuilder app, and for the Developers app, for Imagery with Labels, Light Gray Canvas, Terrain with Labels, and thumbnails from the Portal for ArcGIS 10.3 Bookmarks widget.

Build new Web AppBuilder applications in Portal for ArcGIS 10.3.1 which bypass any legacy Portal for ArcGIS 10.3 migration issues. For bookmarks, manually move the thumbnails to the directory: /portal/apps/webappviewer/widgets/Bookmark/images/Etapas para Reproduzir
