After updating to Business Analyst 9.3.1, clients get the GXImageConnect error message when opening Business Analyst.

Solução Provisória
Fix the paths in the registry to include Program Files. From the registry: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\GlobeXplorer\ImageConnect\ArcGIS9.Both the AppPath and HelpFile keys need to be amened to include the "Program Files" part of the path.AppPath goes from C:\ArcGIS\Bin to C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\BinHelpFile goes from C:\ArcGIS\Business Analyst\Documentation\ImageConnect for ArcGIS.pdf to C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\Business Analyst\Documentation\ImageConnect for ArcGIS.pdfMaking this registry change will fix the path and the client will no longer get the message.Etapas para Reproduzir
