After the ArcGIS Online 6.4 release, when a feature service is created from scratch in ArcGIS Online with the Capture GPS receiver, information is enabled, and new fields are added to the feature service, only the last field adds displays by default.

Solução Provisória

1. Create a feature layer with the Build a Layer template. Leave the Capture GPS receiver information option unchecked.
2. Add fields to a hosted feature layer.
3. Create a feature layer from existing layer. Select the layer created in the previous step.
4. Check the Capture GPS receiver information check box.
5. Select Add to map > Configure Pop-Ups > Configure Attributes. All fields created in earlier steps are displayed.
