Solução Provisória

Perform a full refresh instead of Partial Refresh to that extent –pmxdoc.ActiveView.Refresh();Also setting the device frame to the current tagRECT can also solve this issue -tagRECT tr =pmxdoc.ActiveView.ScreenDisplay.DisplayTransformation.get_DeviceFrame(); pmxdoc.ActiveView.ScreenDisplay.DisplayTransformation.set_DeviceFrame(ref tr); pmxdoc.ActiveView.PartialRefresh(esriViewDrawPhase.esriViewGraphics,null, pmxdoc.ActiveView.Extent);
