Erro
After installing the ArcGIS 10.1 SP1 QIP, 10.2.1, and 10.2.2 for Server Security (August 2014 and January 2015) Patch, the server crashes when the server object extension (SOE) with an operation involving the cleaner.release method is enabled on a service.

This issue appears to be the result of the potential incompatibility between the new arcgis-common.jar from the security patches and other ArcGIS for Server libraries. Replace the security patch arcgis-common.jar library with the previous version.
