Erro
Adding the hosted feature layer field list after the layer is created causes an unexpected issue with the ArcGIS Experience Builder Edit widget. The list value has to be selected multiple times.

This issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Experience Builder at this time. If this issue continues to be observed, please reach out to Esri Support Services with the steps to reproduce for further investigation.Solução Provisória
Add the feature layer to ArcGIS Pro and run a field calculation to update the value to a certain value (N/A, no data, etc.). Then, publish or overwrite the updated layer back to ArcGIS Online. The newly added value to the field list can be added on the item details page. This allows the connection between the List and the Edit widgets in ArcGIS Experience Builder to complete as expected.
