Solução Provisória

Create a copy of the character marker symbol creating the line marker symbol to apply the rotation.Workflow:1) Create a copy of the character marker symbol in the Character Marker Symbol editor dialog box.2) Unlock both layers and uncheck the created copy and then apply rotation by providing the value in the 'Angle' drop-down menu.3) Click Apply in all the opened dialog boxes and check the symbology.
