Issue can not be reliably reproduced. There are documented workarounds to use the same projection, instead of reprojecting the data during execution. This workaround is actually the best practice: reprojection adds processing time to the service and should be avoided unless absolutely necessary.

Solução Provisória

Reproject everything in Web Mercator before publishing the service.
