For most products and features, reserving licenses from one version opposed to another is not necessary. Version 10.1 licenses will run 10.0 clients.他のワークフロー
This is third party code and is not controlled by Esri. For the purposes of use, reserving licenses between versions is not really a major operational need since 10.1 licenses can operate 10.0 clients and total number of licenses between versions is usually the same (5x10.0 + 5x10.1 licenses authorized is a max of 10 licenses....usually a user would have 10x10.1 licenses anyway in this instance).Also worth trying to use the includeentitlement option instead; INCLUDE_ENTITLEMENT entitlementId type {name | group_name}.
